Eric Hamilton, MBA, is an executive sales leader, author, speaker, and creator of The Blueprint, a practical framework designed to help professionals turn knowledge and intention into consistent action. With more than 25 years of experience in sales and business and approximately 15 years leading high-performing teams, Eric has built his career around developing people, improving execution, and helping leaders translate strategy into everyday behavior.

He is the author of the award-winning book The Sales Blueprint: What Winners Do Differently and founder of Hamilton Sales Academy, where he coaches professionals and leaders on sales, leadership, accountability, and performance.
