When joining please allow 24 hours for us to approve your membership BEFORE registering as a Member for any event. You will receive an email once your membership is approved.

Meeting Logistics:

Time: First Thursday of every month (some exceptions may apply) 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Virtual: Zoom Link for meeting sent after registration is complete

Location: Virtual and Hurst Conference Center (exceptions will apply)

Typical SIG/Meeting Agenda:

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Check-In and Networking before official start (Virtual and In-Person)

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm - Networking

6:00 pm - Check-In for Meeting Presentation 

6:05 pm - 6:15 pm - Chapter announcements

6:15 pm - 7:15 pm - Keynote Speaker Presentation (1 hour)

7:15 pm - 7:30 pm - Q&A and Door Prizes, Meeting Concludes

In-person reservations are due by the Sunday before the meeting. ANY in-person attendees(member or non-member) not registered online will be considered Walk-In registrations and will be charged the Guest rate of $35.00. Food is also NOT guaranteed.
