Andrew Louder is a Senior Manager with Jabian Consulting who has a specialty in strategy and operations for technology-driven businesses. Throughout Andrew’s consulting career, he has advised a number of Fortune 500 companies on creating and implementing strategies and enhancing business processes which have led to gained efficiencies, increased revenues, and decreased operational costs.

Andrew has become a Vendor Management expert and recently authored an article for the award-winning Jabian Journal titled “The Good Cop / Bad Cop Vendor Management Strategy”. You can access a PDF version of the article here:
