Five Tips to Improve Your E-Learning Design Today

Program Summary:

Are you looking to take your e-learning courses to the next level? Would you like to design courses that are effective and interesting? This workshop will provide you with steps you can take – immediately! – to improve your e-learning courses and earn rave evaluations.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • List the five most important questions to ask subject matter experts
  • Describe the process for usability testing
  • Identify tools and resources designers can use to enhance e-learning courses.

About the Speaker:


Kara Jones has worked in the training field for over 10 years as a facilitator and designer.

Currently, Kara is an instructional designer for the Williams Companies, where she is the team lead for developing environmental, regulatory compliance, and leadership training. Her e-learning heroes are Cathy Moore, Ethan Edwards, and Tom Kuhlmann.

When she’s not designing training, Kara enjoys baking, running, and watching HGTV.
