Meet Dave:
In 2017 I’m celebrating 20 years in the learning and development field. My career has primarily been focused with corporate and sales training in the financial services and insurance industries. My approach to learning and organizational development has been to be a consultant to the business. The consultative mindset has allowed me to understand the needs of my client in order to be able to provide a learning intervention or organizational change that meets and exceeds the client's needs. This approach also ensures that the intervention adds value to the organization and is designed with only the necessary elements to improve the business performance. I strongly believe that in today's competitive environment that learning and development is a critical component to success in an organization. Behavioral change is the true sign of an effective organizational development plan. Being able to establish valid measurements with the organization is the true sign of success and real cultural change. A desire to design quality instructional content built around effective metrics to measure improvement and to deliver real ROI to the organization is how I start my day.
Meet Mandy:

She’s been a Training Specialist II with State National Companies for a year and a half where her primary responsibility is new hire onboarding and training.
