Program Summary:

Periodically, our clients ask about the value of training - new employee training, ongoing training, leadership development training.  There are articles in popular media as well as our own industry, questioning the investment. Let's use some organizational development tools: the GROW model, JoHari Window, and ADDIE to discuss TD programs and share ways to improve them.

This will be an interaction discussion leveraging the wisdom in the room.  Wherever you are with your TD programs, when you leave the workshop, you will have action items to move them forward.

About Lisa: Hi - I'm Lisa Coburn and a new member to the Fort Worth Mid-Cities ATD group. I'm thrilled to be facilitating the March session. My background includes training, coaching and consulting in the public, private and non-profit sectors in the US as well as internationally.
