Assessing Your Leadership BehaviorsRebecca Bales

This is a dynamic and highly interactive program reinforcing the current approach to leadership as a learned set of traits rather than a genetic predisposition.  Attendees will identify some of the traits they use and explore how building upon or modifying use of these traits can expand their sphere of influence as a leader.

Effective leaders rally the confidence of others by sticking to the path of the mission and encouraging all to stay the course.  Rebecca calls this the leadership algorithm– the powerful combination of exuding and instilling passion in others while driving with the inner strength of determination.  Learning to develop and utilize necessary leadership traits is key to connecting and enrolling others throughout your journey.
