LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

with Jonathan Silk

If you really want to dive into this powerful method join us as the Bridge 3 team takes us through a night of hard, purposeful fun. One of the most powerful methods for greater collaboration and creativity in teams is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Some of the benefits of using this hands-on learning process are:

  • Rich and effective dialogue emerges between team members Creative insights are sparked to address business challenges
  • Collaboration is fostered within teams through a fun and engaging process.
  • Enhanced skills to communicate more effectively, to engage imagination more readily, and to approach work with increased confidence, commitment and insight.

About Jonathan:

  Jonathan Silk is the President-Elect for the Fort Worth/Mid-Cities Chapter as well as the Founder and President of Bridge 3. Jonathan is an experienced organizational leader and organizational leadership coach with a proven record of leading and developing organizations to perform at higher levels and improve their overall effectiveness. He will use his LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator certification to take us on this powerful journey. 

Michele Norton:

Facilitating along with Jonathan is Michele Norton. Michele leads research and design for Bridge 3. She is a Ph.D. student at Texas A&M University. She has worked as a teacher, administrator, and consultant in various educational contexts.  She was awarded teacher of the year during her time in the classroom and currently enjoys doing work with a non-profit that develop leaders for inner city schools.  She works on three NSF funded grants aimed at developing STEM educators and leaders for under-served populations.  Her research interests are design, holistic development and STEM education.

All online reservations are due the Monday before the meeting by 5pm. ANY Attendees (member or non-member) not registered online will be considered Walk-In registrations and will be charged the Guest rate of $35.00.
