Join Fort Worth/Mid-Cities ASTD in October as we welcome Al Watts, our speaker for the chapter meeting on Thursday, October 6th and also for a special, half day workshop on Friday morning, October 7th.

Al Watts is the founder of inTEgro, Inc., a Minneapolis-based consulting firm focused on strategic planning, organization development and senior team coaching to help “transform business as usual into business at its best.”  His new book titled Navigating Integrity is available on Amazon.  You can learn more about Mr. Watts and inTEgro at www.integro-inc.com

Here’s what folks on Amazon are saying about Al’s book:

Many books describe the downside of missing integrity. But case studies of Lehman and Enron have been done. What impressed me about Al Watts' book "Navigating Integrity" is that he covers the upside of integrity, of making and keeping promises, and of accepting accountability. These are the basics of any business, and Watts covers these topics beautifully.

-Leo Hopf, Author of "Rethink, Reinvent, Reposition"

"Navigating Integrity: Transforming business as usual into business at its best" is a must read for students, and front-end employees up to the executive level. Author Al Watts provides practical information to guide any individual in leading with integrity. I will be purchasing this book for my son; it will be an asset to guide him in his leadership role as an Army officer. Thanks, Al, for this wonderful resource to guide current and future leaders.

-Gail Wahlberg

At October’s interactive program meeting Al will demonstrate how integrity is a fundamental strategy for developing “Triple-E” leaders and organizational cultures: effective, engaging and ethical.  Friday’s workshop will be a hands-on opportunity for applying the principles to life, leadership ad your organization.

This workshop also includes a copy of his book, Navigating Integrity.
