About our Speaker

Rex Houze has been helping business leaders improve their performance, results, and leadership skills since 1972.

He is an accomplished speaker, workshop leader, facilitator, and businessman. He is the founder and CEO of Improving Performance & Results, Inc., a company dedicated to helping leaders in business bring out the best in people. Rex’s ability to communicate clearly, simply, and precisely is truly a unique skill that he has worked hard to develop.

Prior to founding Improving Performance & Results he was president of Leadership Management, Inc. in Waco, TX and president of The Game of Work in Park City, UT.

He has conducted over 4,000 workshops throughout the United States as well as Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

Rex is the author of seven leadership development and productivity improvement programs that are professionally facilitated throughout the U.S. by independent consultants. He is also the author of: Leadership Insights, Build a Better You, Developing Personal Leadership, CULTIVATE  and numerous booklets.
