Virtual Town Hall with Trevor Spunt and Lara Azcona
Leveraging Change Management to Increase Talent Development Success
In times of change, the importance of Learning and Development can sometimes become deprioritized in favor of what are perceived to be more pressing priorities as leaders focus too heavily on reaching the ‘finish line’ to the detriment of ensuring that the necessary knowledge is in place to effectively get there.
By understanding the role of Organizational Change Management…what it means, and how it is introduced, managed, and measured within organizations, Learning and Development Employees and Consultants will be better positioned to persuade leaders of the importance of the importance of their role for both the short and longer term success of their organization.
