Virtual Town Hall with Sasha Rowe and Jeremy Jameson

Revving Up Talent Development at Rivvly:
A CEO's Insights for Remote Associate Development

As we continue our free Town Hall series, we’re exploring the corporate resilience and adaptability necessary to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Many corporations had to rapidly flex a large portion of their workforce to work from home. Employee engagement and development of this forced remote workforce presents a whole new challenge. We’ll dive into how a successful Remote Associate small business develops their own workforce as Jeremy Jameson interviews Sasha Rowe, Founder and CEO of Rivvly, a Remote Associate and Remote Team Development company.

Sasha Rowe is a social entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of Rivvly, a Remote Associate (advanced Virtual Assistant) and Remote Team Development company dedicated to empowering family and the future of work. Sasha joined the Forbes Young Entrepreneur Council in 2018 where she has been featured for her expertise in Entrepreneurship, Cross-Functional Leadership, and Branding. Sasha is also a speaker and has been hosted by Launch DFW/Dallas New Tech, Women in Tech/Women Business Center Dallas, and Propellant Labs, just to name a few. Sasha is a Texas native, having spent most of her time in the DFW area, but has worked alongside Silicon Valley’s best in San Francisco and spent a year in Chicago networking with Entrepreneurs and Investors.

Jeremy Jameson is a Talent Development and Management leader for a Fortune 200 company in the DFW area. Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge around cultural and process improvement, leadership development and engagement solutions and has excelled as a creative liaison across multiple organizational levels. Jeremy retired from the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer in 2018. The highlights of his 20 year career include serving as a tactical leader in two squadrons, teaching Leadership and Ethics to graduating seniors at Old Dominion University, directing Talent Management for the Tactical Support Wing and commanding the Navy Operational Support Center in Cincinnati, OH.
