Virtual Town Hall with Paul Dixon and Lorie Brown
Digital Readiness: Ready or Not, It's Here!
As we continue our free Town Hall series, we are exploring the corporate resilience and adaptability necessary to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.
Digital Readiness has become a defining moment in all of our personal and professional lives. The companies that have been able to pivot and adapt quickly to the ever changing demands will find themselves in a better position than those that fail to adapt.
We will explore:
What is Digital Readiness
Tools / Tips for Success
Case Studies of Success and Failures
Paul Dixon comes from a training and development family. One of his earliest memories is being in the training videos (VHS tapes!) for Pancho's Mexican Buffet in the early 80's. From those early experiences he was hooked on sopaipillas (and Talent Development) and has been in the Talent Management and Talent Development technology space for the last 25 years. Paul is the Director of Strategic Accounts for Whatfix, a digital adoption platform company based in San Jose, CA. He lives in Colleyville TX where his awesomeness is underappreciated by his wife, teenage daughter and three dogs.
