Paul Dixon comes from a training and development family. One of his earliest memories is being in the training videos (VHS tapes!) for Pancho's Mexican Buffet in the early 80's. From those early experiences he was hooked on sopaipillas (and Talent Development) and has been in the Talent Management and Talent Development technology space for the last 25 years. Paul is the Director of Strategic Accounts for Whatfix, a digital adoption platform company based in San Jose, CA. He lives in Colleyville TX where his awesomeness is underappreciated by his wife, teenage daughter and three dogs.

Lorie Brown is an accidental Talent Development professional. After a career in the apparel industry crisscrossing the country, she found her way into Talent Development as a Training Program Manager in California. Her love of learning led her to be a System Trainer, an Instructional Designer and an eLearning Developer. She returned to the Dallas/Fort Worth area 3 years ago to be closer to family and is a member of the ATD Fort Worth/Mid-Cities Chapter Board as the VP of Technology.
