ATD Fort Worth Mid-Cities Chapter Meeting & Presentation

January 6, 2022 - 5:30 - 7:30

Presentation by: Matthew Brown, ATD International Conference speaker and local DFW resident

How to Respond to Change & Reskill with Continuous Learning & Development

Did you know? Nearly 70% of employees report that they do not have mastery of the skills they need for their jobs. What are the skills, competencies, and knowledge gaps that exist within you organization today? And how can Talent Development and L&D teams work quickly to upskill and reskill employees? How can we develop an agile learning culture in our organization that keeps pace with evolving business demands?

Together, we will discover:

  • Why organizations should adopt a continuous learning culture
  • Why the learning technology may be creating a barrier to meeting the needs of continuous learner.
  • How to bring skills, goals, performances, and learning together with today's modern approach to learning technology.
