Matthew, in addition to speaking at the ATD International Conferences and Expos in Atlanta and Austin, and the ATD TechKnowledge Conference in San Francisco, shares his time to support our Texas ATD chapters.

Matthew brings over 15 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management, and IT across multiple industries. Currently he serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer for the innovative Learning Management Systems company, Schoox, Inc. He has a passion for helping employees identify their talents and giftings and finding ways to incorporate these assets into their careers.
