Performance Leadership: Inspiring Growth in Others

Helping others grow in their skills and knowledge is a foundational leadership quality. Yet, many leaders lack the abilities or motivation to do this well. Imagine an organization where leaders and team members found joy in inspiring learning in others!

Todd’s presentation reviews the Four Growth Phases each person experiences while learning. And then, elaborates on how leaders and those who develop learners can help people to progress well through the learning growth process.

• Understand the Seven Leader Engagement Skills to inspire growth in others
