It's time to get real about ATD's Certified Professional in Talent Development certification. If you're thinking about going through the certification process there are very important questions you must ask yourself (and answer) before you decide to jump in. In this soul-searching session, you'll learn what the CPTD is, the top four questions you must ask before making the commitment, and what to consider to help you determine if the CPTD is right for you!

About our Presenter

Wendy Abruzzini, CPTD, has over 13 years of experience in learning and development including training facilitation, instructional design, and coaching. She has worked in learning and development organizations across multiple industries including theme parks, healthcare, call centers, software, and retail. She is Total Trainer Certified by the Training Clinic, received the first level gamification certification from the Sententia organization, and most recently received her Certified Professional in Talent Development credential in June. In her spare time Wendy enjoys gardening, traveling to places surrounded by the ocean, cooking, and enjoying a nice glass of vino with her husband.
