3 Game Design Practices to Boost Learner Engagement
Presented by: Marie-Jo Leroux
ATD FWMC invites you to a live session we’re hosting to help you hone your gamification skills. In 1 hour you’ll gain strategies for improving learner engagement.
Games effortlessly transform newbie players into empowered experts. They motivate players to persevere in the face of adversity, to upskill and overcome difficult challenges. Meanwhile, the player hardly notices all the effort, focus and attention they invest into building that skill.
How do games do that? And how can you apply some of that magic to your training?
In this talk, Marie-Jo will reveal the hidden ingredients that make games amazing teachers, and how you can apply these principles to your work, help learners work towards relevant goals and win at the training game.
