About Our Speaker Soojin Kwon is the founder of Talent Peak Advisors, a leadership development firm that helps emerging and established leaders speak with confidence and amplify their impact. Through tailored workshops and coaching, Soojin helps people build their personal brand, executive presence, communications and storytelling skills. Soojin’s prior experience includes Professional Development Coach at McKinsey, Managing Director of MBA Program and Admissions at Michigan Ross, Business Communication Faculty at Michigan Ross, and Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte. She has spoken at McKinsey’s Connected Leaders Academy, Harvard Kennedy School, Google, and higher education conferences. She has served on the boards of the Graduate Management Admissions Council and the Forte Foundation. Soojin earned her MBA at Ross, MPP at the Kennedy School and BA at Yale.
