None of which can be down without getting in the trenches with your team. In this session, we’ll cover what it means to be a leader in a modern workplace, how to decide your team’s vision, values, and goals, as well as practical ways to provide feedback and lead your team to greatness.

About our Speaker: 

Amanda Rhodes works in marketing operations as a certified Marketing Automation Strategist for Sercante. Her day to day involves leading several project teams to make sure all client goals are exceeded. She runs a freelance resume consultation and graphic design business at nights to help those looking for new opportunities. Amanda also spent nearly a decade putting on funny costumes, entertaining people, and teaching actors for the Scarborough Academy of Performing Arts as their Director of Character Development. At home, she focuses on creative writing, video games, and caring for a plethora of dogs and cats.
