Join us for an exclusive book club experience featuring Connection Culture author Michael Lee Stallard. Using BookClub’s platform, participants will receive a curated playlist of insights from the book three weeks in advance. Then, Michael will facilitate a live discussion, diving into actionable strategies for building a more connected and collaborative workplace culture. This is a unique opportunity to engage directly with the author and fellow professionals, all through an interactive and immersive learning experience.


About our Speaker: 

Michael StallardCo-Founder and President @ Connection Culture Group

With over 21 years of experience as a co-founder and president of two leadership training and development firms, Michael Stallard is a global expert on how to create connection cultures that maximize individual and organizational performance. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker, workshop leader, and executive coach who helps leaders and teams develop the skills and mindsets that foster connection, engagement, and innovation.

Michael is the primary author of the books "Connection Culture" and "Fired Up or Burned Out", which have been praised by media outlets such as Forbes, Financial Times, and Los Angeles Times. He has also published multiple articles on the power of human connection at work in prestigious journals such as Leader to Leader and Changethis.com. His clients include leading organizations such as Costco, NASA, Qualcomm, and Yale New Haven Health. He is passionate about spreading the message of connection and its benefits for health, happiness, and productivity.


About our Book Club Facilitator: 

Delaney Britt Brewer | Sr. Director of Creative Experience @ BookClub

Britt currently serves as the Sr. Director of Creative Experience at BookClub, a learning platform. For her role, she oversees the development of original commentary that builds on, contextualizes, counters, or makes actionable every principle in a book to create a dynamic, multimodal client experience. For BookClub, she hosts Book Wise — a weekly podcast about books and leadership with Producer Mike (Giordani). As the host and the persona behind “Dr. Books,” Britt has read hundreds of business non-fiction books, helping professionals distill key insights for leadership and personal growth.

Prior to BookClub, Britt was the Creative Lead for Last Night’s Late Night by Entertainment Weekly. Additionally, she’s developed creative strategies and written copy for clients such as Carnival, Hulu, TruTV, AFAR magazine, and New York Magazine, to name a few.

A seasoned writer across multiple mediums, Britt wrote an original feature script for Amazon Studios, and has developed projects with Oscar-winning producers, Blye Faust and John Lesher, separately. Her plays have been produced Off-Broadway at 59e59, EST, and PS122, to name a few. Britt is a proud alum of the Obie Award-winning playwright collective, Youngblood. Recent audio script credits include: Paramount, WNYC, Meet Cute, Small Town Dicks.
