Kelly Leiker, MBA

With more than a decade and a half of training and consulting experience in a broad range of industries including marketing, hospitality, travel, insurance, mortgage, finance, retail, grocery, oil, medical device and manufacturing, Kelly is no stranger to understanding the unique business needs of her customers.

Kelly has trained thousands of executives, managers, and employees in leadership, customer service, and sales programs. In addition to her training expertise, she has a passion for working with executive leadership to create and implement programs that will maximize the value and impact of training.

Because of her experience with these topics, Kelly has been asked to speak at numerous industry conferences on performance management, succession planning, behavior change, and measurement.

Kelly is master certified to deliver AchieveGlobal programs in the leadership, sales and service portfolios. Her program certifications also include the executive-level offerings of Bridging Strategy to Outcomes®, and Leading for Stellar Service®. In addition to her abilities in the traditional classroom setting, Kelly is also proficient in delivering AchieveGlobal’s virtual instructor-led training programs.

Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Management from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, and a Honors Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota focusing in Psychology and Speech Communication. She is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the University of St. Thomas where she focuses on Organizational Behavior. Kelly volunteers in a leadership capacity in her community in Minneapolis working with women and children. She also sits on a non-profit Board of Directors for a health and wellness organization.

In addition to her broad industry experience, Kelly uses her energy and enthusiasm to bring out the best in participants, challenging them with honesty and humor to apply their learning in their place of work. At two of her previous employers, Kelly held the highest overall facilitation scores and consistently receives recognition and accolades for her down-to- earth business focused personality where she creates an energizing and engaging learning environment.
