  This is for J's class that are attending the presentation and wish to have a meal as well.
• J's Class Meeting Only – $6.00
  This is for members of J's class attending the presentation
• National or Other ASTD Chapter - Program + Dinner – $25.00
  This option is for national members of ASTD or members of other chapters.
• National or Other ASTD Chapter - Program Only – $15.00
  This option is for national members of ASTD or members of other chapters.
• Table of Five – $75.00
