It's July 2020, and we are halfway through the year! This year has brought rapid change, and in times like these, how organizations develop their talent is vital to their continued success.
Our mission at ATD Fort Worth / Mid-Cities is to champion professionals in talent development through outstanding programs and building relationships. Through our Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Chapter meetings, and Town Hall sessions, we are working hard to provide you with the resources needed to navigate change and increase your success as a talent development professional.
We are currently planning for our reopening (in-person meetings) and are committed to our member's safety. When the COVID19 lock-down began, we quickly adapted and took our chapter sessions online and added town hall events to bring more resources to the community to help adapt to the unprecedented change that is still occurring. We have developed expertise in the virtual space, and moving forward, that option will remain for our members that would prefer the virtual experience. For our members that want to attend in-person, we will observe all CDC, local, state and federal guidelines. We continue to partner with our meeting facility and they are ready to support the chapter. We continue to track COVID19 public health data and will make an announcement when we decide on our reopening date.
At ADT Fort Worth / Mid-Cities, we are committed to your safety and success. I hope to see you at our next town hall, SIG, and chapter session.
If you have any questions, please reach out to me or any of our board members.
