2023 Request for Speaker Proposals 

Thank you for your interest in sharing your expert knowledge at Cultivate, an ATD Fort Worth / Mid-cities online conference on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

Our vision is for every attendee to learn innovative new techniques, perspectives, and insights that they can take back to the workplace and make an immediate impact for themselves and their companies.

Proposals for 2023 concurrent session speakers and keynote speakers ends June 30, 2023. All potential speakers will be contacted with a decision no later than August 1.

There are 4 primary topics: 

This conference was inspired by the popularity of the Special Interest Group (SIG) presentations that our chapter offers. Our tracks are built around those 4 SIGs:

·        Learning Technologies

·        Instructional Design

·        Career Development

·        Leadership Development

In addition to the sessions, we are looking for a professional to lead a workshop about INNOVATION in L&D as well as a professional for our Keynote.  We are always open to other topics of interest to Talent Development professionals. Session proposals have the greatest chance of being selected if the session:

    • Subject matter involves current topics with relevance to talent development industry professionals
    • Presentation engages the audience through interaction, case studies, or hands-on activities
    • Speaker presents "best practice" concepts that participants can adapt to their business needs
