2023 Request for Speaker Proposals 

Thank you for your interest in sharing your expert knowledge at Cultivate, an ATD Fort Worth / Mid-cities online conference on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

Our vision is for every attendee to learn innovative new techniques, perspectives, and insights that they can take back to the workplace and make an immediate impact for themselves and their companies.

Proposals for 2023 concurrent session speakers and keynote speakers ends June 30, 2023. All potential speakers will be contacted with a decision no later than August 1.

This conference was inspired by the popularity of the Special Interest Group (SIG) presentations that our chapter offers. Our tracks are built around those 4 SIGs:

·        Instructional Design

·        Career Development

·        Leadership Development

In addition to the sessions, we are looking for a professional to lead a workshop about INNOVATION in L&D as well as a professional for our Keynote.  We are always open to other topics of interest to Talent Development professionals.
