You’ll learn how to use the prime real estate at the top of your résumé, shift from duties to accomplishments, and highlight the results that prove you can solve problems in your new field. Together, we’ll sketch a short networking bio and “oral résumé” you can use in introductions, networking emails, and conversations so you no longer freeze when someone asks, “So, what do you do?”

Lara Azcona, MBA, is a career‑change strategist and ATD Certified Coach who helps serious professionals move into new roles and industries faster and with far less guesswork.
