What Winners Do Differently:
Turning Leadership Development Into Daily Behavior
Featuring Eric Hamilton
November 5, 2026| 6:00 - 7:30 PM (CT) | Virtual Only
Session Description
Leadership development only creates lasting value when insight turns into action. In this interactive session, Eric Hamilton will help participants close the gap between knowing what to do and consistently doing it. Attendees will explore how intentional habits, observable behaviors, reflection, and accountability can strengthen leadership effectiveness and improve execution. Through practical exercises and peer discussion, participants will identify one meaningful development priority and turn it into a 30-day action plan they can begin using immediately. The goal is simple: leave with greater clarity, a practical Blueprint, and a specific commitment for what comes next.
